  • Details
This is a 100% black wool jacket, fully lined and in excellent vintage condition. It belonged to Dave, a naval officer who was on the USS Dwight D Eisenhower CVN-69, the second of the ten Nimitz-class aircraft carriers, and the first to be named after the 34th President Dwight D. Eisenhower. The USS Dwight D. Eisenhower CVN-69 is a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier that is still sailing with the United States Navy. The embroidery work on the jacket is in beautiful shape with just a few snags here and there from regular wear. It has a metal zipper closure with four pockets and an elasticized waistband at the back. This is a beautiful and wearable piece of military history.
