Vintage 1980s Denim Peplum Dress with Red Belt - Girl's Size 10

This is the ultimate 80s dress!!! Denim! Peplum! Thick, red, elastic belt with snap closure! Pencil skirt with kick pleat! It is just so perfect. Made by Oops for Kids and in excellent vintage condition, this is the only dress for school pictures in the fall. Just make sure their bangs are sky high.
