1950s Dorothy Gray Cosmetics Gold Tone Textured Compact Vintage Deadstock

This is a 1950s Dorothy Gray Cosmetics compact, never used but slightly scuffed. It is made for loose powder. The design on the front looks like a snake skin wallet in gold and it opens up to reveal a mirror and a compartment that holds the powder. It does not have it's original powder puff. It is marked on the back with the Dorothy Gray trademark signature. A beautiful piece and still fully functional.
